What we collect

When you submit the lead form, we collect:

• Brand name
• Website URL
• Work email
• Optional, if you choose to provide them: your name, phone number, and a message

Why we collect it

We use this information to deliver your scan report and to respond to your inquiry. That is the full list: we do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell personal data.

Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see “Your rights” below).

How long we keep it

We keep your data until the purpose it was collected for is fulfilled, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under the GDPR (Articles 15–17) and the CCPA, put simply, you can:

• Ask what data we hold about you (access)
• Ask us to fix data that is wrong (correction)
• Ask us to delete your data (deletion)
• Withdraw the consent you gave us, at any time

No sale to third parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. In CCPA terms: we do not “sell” or “share” personal information.

Where your data is processed

This service is operated by upfall from the Republic of Korea, and your data may be stored and processed there. If you are submitting the form from outside Korea, this counts as an international transfer of your data, and by submitting the form you acknowledge it.

Cookies

We do not use advertising trackers. Any cookies this site sets are limited to what is technically needed to run it.
